Banana Sushi

Kids baking and fun in the kitchen

Ingredients

HazelNOT Choc spread
PeaNOT Butter spread
Shredded coconut
1 banana
1 wrap

Method

  1. Spread wrap with HazelNOT choc spread, followed by PeaNOT butter spread.

  2. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.

  3. Peel banana & place at one end of wrap, then tightly roll up wrap around banana.

  4. Cut banana into ‘sushi’ sized pieces & drizzle with additional HazelNOT choc spread (loosened with hot water).

  5. Sprinkle with additional shredded coconut. Enjoy!
