5 Ingredient Choc Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup HazelNOT Choc
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup dark choc buttons (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until a sticky mixture forms so you can roll into balls without them falling apart. You can adjust the amount of HazelNOT Choc to make it more or less sticky

  2. Drizzle with melted chocolate buttons and store in the fridge for a week or freezer for longer
