PeaNOT Butter & Raspberry French Toast

Weekend brunch loaded toast

Ingredients

1 large egg
1/4 cup cream
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
1 tablespoon butter, for the pan
1 slice bread, preferably day-old bread

Fillings

Raspberry jam
PeaNOT butter
Maple syrup

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, cream, salt and vanilla and then soak bread in mixture.

  2. Heat frypan, melt the butter and place in the soaked bread. Cook each side till golden.

  3. Spread with favourite PeaNOT spread and raspberry jam.

  4. Dizzle with maple syrup.
