Raspberry HazelNOT Baked Oats

Ingredients

½ cup oats
2-3 tsp Hazel-NOT CHOC
½ cup almond flour (sub with rice flour for nut-free)
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
¼ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
¼ cup coconut butter or coconut oil
2 tsp cacao nibs
1 chocolate of choice ( optional )

Method

  1. Mix together the oats, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, raspberries then pop into a ramekin and cook for 2-4 minutes in the microwave until cooked completely.

  2. Finish with a big dollop or two of Hazel-NOT, cacao nibs and chocolate of your choice.
