Chocolate Crepes

Healthy chocolate recipes for kids and entertaining

Ingredients

2 eggs lightly whisked
½ cup milk
¼ cup SR flour
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener of choice

Toppings

Raspberries
Mango thinly sliced
Raspberry jam
VGood HazelNOT Choc spread

Method

  1. Whisk together all ingredients with a fork (if too runny add a little more flour, if too thick add more milk). You want the mixture to be runnier than a pancake mix as this will form thin crepes

  2. Lightly grease a pan on a low heat and pour in a thin layer of mixture to cover pan. Allow to cook until bubbling (approx. 2-3 mins, then flip and cook on the other side for a further 2 mins). Transfer from pan to a plate, then repeat until all mixture if cooked.

  3. Fold crepes in half and half again to make little triangular shapes, then arrange on a plate along with toppings

  4. Mix some hot water with the HazelNOT Choc to loosen it and then drizzle
